A method is presented for precise, permanent color recordings of TLC plates used in aflatoxin quantitation. Improvement over black and white film recordings include close duplication of blue and yellow green chroma actually observed with UV fluorescence with less distortion from the differential intensities apparent between the B and G groups with aflatoxin concentration changes.
