Change of Forage Seed Quality in Commercial Warehouses in Western Oregon1

Synopsis: Under present cultural practices of seed production and systems of handling in western Oregon, safe storage period for seeds of chewings fescue, Alta fescue, and sudangrass is 15 months; crimson clover, 3 years; highland bentgrass, 4 years; and common ryegrass, 5 years.
