Synopsis: Molybdenum seed treatment on soybeans gave yield responses ranging from 0.7 to 7.6 bushels per acre. Molybdenum response was related to soil pH on the Chalmers-Odell soils. Yield increases occurred where the soybean seeds produced on the untreated plots contained 1.6 or less ppm molybdenum.
