Seeding Depth and Use of Press Wheels as Factors Affecting Winter Barley and Winter Wheat Yields in Kansas1

Synopsis: Use of press wheels on the grain drill significantly increased winter wheat yields in I of 3 trials. Significant increases in winter barley production were obtained in 3 of 5 trials.
