Preparation of Plant Samples for X-Ray Emission Spectrography1

Synopsis: Briquets of ground corn leaves were made using a cementing agent called Permount and analyzed for zinc content by X-ray spectrography. Briquets prepared in this way were uniform in composition and could be stored for long periods without physical or chemical changes.
